Refund or Replacement
If you received an item that is damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If you receive an item that is the wrong color or size than what you originally ordered, email us a picture of the item showing the size label and its original packaging within 48 hours of receiving your order, get a replacement.
We can offer you replacements at no additional cost if you meet the following criteria:
- Items are defective, damaged/broken upon arrival.
- We shipped an incorrect item: size, style, color.
- Measurements are provided in the description of each product. We are not responsible for NON RECEIPT or REJECT due to item not fitting you.
Note: Please make sure all the information you have provided is correct before shipping your order to avoid loss in the mail or other mishaps.
CuriositiesforHome will not be responsible for any incorrect package shipments.
How do I return a product?
- If the item you purchased does not suit you for any reason, you may return it within 7 days of the delivery date.
- To return your order, please send an email to email@example.com.
Curiositiesforhome does not assume the direct cost of returning the merchandise. Please note that returns can sometimes take up to 15 days to arrive. If you return a product without a return form, the refund may take longer. The appropriate refund will be issued upon receipt of your return. Please also note that only products in perfect condition and in their original brand packaging will be refunded. The refund delay depends on your bank and may vary.
Can I cancel my order(s)? Yes. Cancellations must be made within 6 hours of placing your order. Email us within 6 hours and let us know why you wish to cancel your order.
We do not accept order cancellations outside of the 6 hour window and/or due to the reason for standard shipping. Please note that our standard shipping is posted in each product description, so all customers should be aware of this before placing an order.
All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the fund is reflected in the customer’s bank account.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Send us an email stating your concern and attach a picture of the items showing the size tag and original packaging within 48 hours of receipt of order for a replacement or refund.
Note: Our team will inspect / verify the photo(s) before issuing a replacement or refund. Curiositiesforhome reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us by submitting a ticket on our contact page.
Please note that your order may be liable for charges or fees as a result of customs laws relevant to the country of delivery. We recommend that the customer view and familiarize themselves with country specific customs duties by visiting the website of their country’s customs agency, which will detail the guidelines related to such duties. It is the customer’s responsibility to be familiar with any tariffs that may be applicable. Please note that we have no control over the tariffs that may be charged. We cannot undervalue orders or mark them as a gift.
Customer assumes full responsibility for all postal charges, return shipping costs, customs charges and handling fees if customer refuses to accept a package due to import duties or taxes, or fails to pay the customs charge within the time period described resulting in the order. being returned to sender. Please note that we will only be able to issue you a partial refund in these circumstances, once any of the above charges and costs have been included in the return amount.
The customer may also be liable for the same charges described above if the package is returned to sender due to incorrect or missing delivery address information. While we make every effort to validate address details at the point of shipment, it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping details initially during the checkout process.
